Not much going on right now. Just training. I've been at this since the beginning of August and now I am attempting to increase the volume of training each week.
Monday: Run, Centennial Trail, 4 mi. 54 mins. Swim: 1800 meters, 4 x 200 wu, 10 x 50 sprints, 10 x 50 easy cd; practiced flip turns at the end.
Tuesday: Run, treadmill, 3 mi. 45 mins. Bike, Centennial Trail, 13 mi. 60 min. Of note, a little more comfortable in the seat and more continuous time in aero position.
Just a few more days until the Ironman Hawaii. Wish I could be there. I just noticed that I have 5 followers. How cool is that? I'm stoked.
Tomorrow swim, "A Hui Hou", see you on the road.
