Just taking it easy the next couple of days. I want to have fresh legs on Sunday for the Dawg Dash 10k at the UW. I haven't actually run in any kind of a race since, well a very long time, maybe during the 1980's. As you might guess I am a little apprehensive. Weather forecast looks like possible showers and air temp below 60.
Training: Wednesday-swim 65 mins. 1.4 miles. Thursday-bike. Lemond trainer 24 miles, 120 mins. Scheduled for swim and bike but I may change up the plan. Until I decide, "A Hui Hou", see you on the road.
