Early training

And so the evolution begins.
Day 1, weight training, rowed 2000 m., ran 1.5 miles, biked 7 miles.
Day 2. Bike 10 miles, run 2 miles.
Day 3. weight training, bike 5 miles.
Day 4 and 5 off
Day 6 Bike 7 miles, run 1.5 miles.
Day 7 Trail run 3 miles.
Day 8 weight training, swim 4x50
